Cut the dates in half and remove the stone.
Add peanut butter to the dates, close and add some chopped peanuts.
Melt the chocolate and cover the dates.
Leave in the fridge for 30 mins or in the freezer for a few minutes.
Then sprinkle extra peanuts over the top.
